Butterscotch Candy Clusters

Butterscotch Candy Clusters

A quick and easy candy to make. They are super delicious and cute and are great to give as a gift. These addictive little bites of butterscotch are a crowd favorite. No need to bake, no need for some pro chef tricks, just mix, drop by rounded tablespoons on wax papers, and set.

I love butterscotch candies, they are a simple classic. One bite and it brings a nostalgic vibe. Reminds me of my childhood when all I think about is the simple things in life; eat, play, and sleep. A traditional butterscotch candy is chewy, made of brown sugar, and has a caramel texture. That is the kind I grew old with. But this Butterscotch Candy Clusters are like from a totally different world but bring me the same excitement and feeling. Instead of the brown sugar, I use butterscotch baking chips and mix it with white chocolate baking chips, peanut butter, salt, marshmallows, peanuts, and crisped rice cereal. These butterscotch candy clusters are adored by the kids and the kids at heart. They are the perfect homemade present, too. Put them in cute jars and give as gifts. They are simply amazing and deliciously addictive. Beware because once you start eating, you’ll never stop!
