1lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined)

3 cups Fresh Chopped Spinach, Kale or Arugula (do not use frozen)

1 cup Mozzarella or Swiss Cheese

3 Garlic cloves (minced)

2 teaspoons Salt, Pepper & Garlic Salt

8 cups Water

2 tablespoons Butter

1 tablespoon Oil

How to make Cheese Shrimp Penne Pasta & Spinach

Step 1: Refer to the instructions provided on the pack of the pasta.

Step 2: Add in the shrimp 5 minutes before the allotted time to cook the pasta.

Step 3: Allow the shrimp to cook until it changes color.

Step 4: Drain and leave about 1 cup of water into the pot.

Step 5: Set aside the shrimp and pasta.

Step 6: Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 7: Add in the butter and oil.

Step 8: Allow the butter to melt then toss in the pasta. Coat the pasta completely with the melted butter then season with salt and pepper.

Step 9: Cook for another 2 minutes while stirring.

Step 10: Toss in the spinach and cook for another 1 minute until it wilts. (You can add more water to cook the spinach.)

Step 11: Add in the cooked shrimp and cheese.

Step 12: Stir carefully until the cheese is completely melted. (Do not overcook or else it would ruin the texture and taste of the dish.)

Step 13: Season with salt and pepper if necessary.

Step 14: Sprinkle the dried cilantro on top.

Step 15: Serve and enjoy!
