Condensed Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies

What an amazing day it is to bake this delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies! This has become my favorite treat for the past 3 months. Since the day I learned how to bake these incredible cookies, I could not get enough of it. I always crave for its creamy and sweet taste that’s why I always make sure that I have the ingredients in my drawer and fridge. I am telling you guys, this is legit! It tastes like the ones you buy at pastry shops. With a very minimal set of ingredients, you can have the perfect treat! Be very generous with the chocolate chips. I add 1 cup but feel free to add more if you prefer. It is called Chocolate chip cookies after all. Besides, it gives a more chocolatey taste! I hope you all love this recipe. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup of chocolate chips

How to make Condensed Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply parchment paper in a baking sheet then set it aside.

Step 3: Add in the sugar and butter in a large bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat until the texture becomes fluffy and creamy.

Step 4: Pour in the condensed milk and vanilla then stir until well-mixed.

Step 5: In a different large mixing bowl, add baking powder, flour, and salt. Whisk until well-mixed.

Step 6: Transfer the flour mixture into the butter mixture and whisk until well-mixed then add in the chocolate chips.

Step 7: Form into 1-inch balls and place them into the prepared baking sheet. Leave a 1 1/2 inches space between each ball.

Step 8: Use your hand to flatten the balls forming it into cookies.

Step 9: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the color turns slightly golden.

Step 10: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool for at least 3 minutes.

Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
