Crockpot recipes are incredible. I often prepare them before going to work or running some errands and leave it to cook. And when I come back, dinner is ready. It is like magic but no tricks. It is simply crockpot. I have tons of crockpot recipes I already enjoy and this Coca Cola Roast is my new favorite. It requires minimal ingredients and you can put whatever vegetable you like. The meat is perfectly tender and so flavorful. The roast cook for about 6 to 8 hours and the longer you cook them the more tender the meat becomes. This is one of my go-to crockpot recipes. It’s so freaking delicious, easy to prepare, you just need to put everything in the pot and leave. And this dish takes crockpot into the next level. This dish won my family’s heart. It is so comforting, satisfying, and it tastes great! I’m sure I will be making this regularly. It is a nice easy dinner idea that is perfect for a busy mom like me. Let the crockpot do all the work for you. Dinner is served! Enjoy!
1 beef roast of choice (use the size roast and the number of vegetables you need to feed your family. I used a 2.5 pound Chuck Roast)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 (12 oz) can Coke
Red potatoes halved
Carrots, cut in chunks
How to make Crock Pot Coca Cola Roast
Step 1: Dump the beef in a crockpot and top with the dry onion soup mix.
Step 2: Put the vegetables around the roast.
Step 3: In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and coke.
Step 4: Pour the mixture over the roast.
Step 5: Cook the roast on low for about 6 to 8 hours or longer. The more hours you cook the roast the more tender the meat becomes.
