Lazy Eggs Recipe

A simple yet fancy-looking appetizer that will impress everyone even your chef friend. It looks complicated but heck these lazy eggs are a breeze to make. It only needs a few readily available ingredients from ham to tomatoes, cheese, and eggs. But I like to experiment a little so I put extra ingredients like bacon, crumbled sausage, peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc. Give it your take and I promise it is worth everything! This Lazy Eggs are my family’s new addiction. Our favorite breakfast and my go-to appetizer that I serve whenever I have guests. This never disappoints. Always raining praises whenever I serve this. My friends go gaga and keep asking me for the recipe. I promised to share it with them soon. So now, here it is! I am sharing it with everybody! It is a very convenient dish, cost-efficient, and insanely delicious! You can even store these in the fridge for a few days after you cooked them. A healthy, quick meal to go. This recipe is here to impress. It is for everybody even the kids love it! Easy, quick, delicious, healthy, and keto-approved. Also great if you are looking for a low-carb, low-sugar, and diabetic-friendly dish.

INGREDIENTS

Chopped ham or whatever meat you like

Diced tomatoes & other veggies

Shredded cheese

Eggs

Salt & pepper

How to make Lazy Eggs

Step 1: Grease well with nonstick spray each muffin.

Step 2: Place the meat well in the bottom of each muffin.

Step 3: Then, layer the vegetables over the meat.

Step 4: And sprinkle over the cheese.

Step 5: Top each muffin with one egg.

Step 6: Season each egg with salt and pepper.

Step 7: Place the muffin inside the oven and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until the egg yolks are firm the way you like it and the egg whites are cooked through.
