2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup salted butter (softened)
1/2 cup eggnog
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 egg yolks (large)
How to make Melt In Your Mouth Eggnog Cookies
Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 300 degrees C.
Step 2: Line with parchment paper the cookie sheets.
Step 3: In a small bowl, add in the baking powder, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Whisk until well-mixed.
Step 4: In a large bowl, add in the butter and sugar. Use an electric mixer to mix the two ingredients until creamy.
Step 5: Add in the egg yolks, vanilla, and eggnog. Beat at medium speed until all the ingredients are well blended and smooth.
Step 6: Add the dry ingredients moderately into the wet ingredients. Beat at a low speed until well-mixed.
Step 7: Spoon the dough using an ice cream scoop. Drop them into the lined cookie sheets.
