No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna

Such a pretty lasagna dessert that requires only a few simple ingredients and no baking! Yes, it is another incredible no-bake recipe that wins the heart of millions! It is loaded with layers of Nilla Wafers, cream cheese, cherry preserves, and topped with cherry pie filling. A gorgeously delicious sweet fix. Super fun to make, the easiest, quickest, and worthy to share!

I am obsessing on no-bakes and this No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna hits my top ten. It is so pretty and it tastes amazing! This is better than the baked one! I have brought it many times on potlucks and everyone went crazy! I shared the recipes with my friends and I thought why not share it with everyone. So, here it is! I am sure you’ll love it! Beware though, this is super addicting! Have fun!

Ingredients

5 mini bags Nilla Wafer Minis-or use regular-sized Nilla Wafers

8 ounces soft cream cheese

⅓ cup of sugar

8-ounce tub cool whip

½ cup cherry preserves

1 can cherry pie filling

How to make No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna

Step 1: Line the bottom of a loaf pan with Nilla Wafers.

Step 2: Use a mixer to beat the cream cheese and sugar.

Step 3: Once the cream cheese-sugar mixture is smooth, beat in the cool whip.

Step 4: Then, spoon half of the cheesecake mixture on top of the cookies spreading gently.

Step 5: Give the preserves a little stir to loosen them before putting dollops over the cheesecake mixture. Gently spread the preserves.

Step 6: Put another layer of Nilla Wafers on top of the preserves and then the remaining cheesecake mix over.

Step 7: Lastly, pour the Cherry Pie filling on top of the cheesecake mix.

Step 8: Let it sit in the fridge overnight.

Step 9: When ready to serve, top it with some whipped cream. Enjoy!
