This is yet another amazing casserole. Super easy to prepare and you will only need seven simple ingredients; cornbread mix, cream corn, whole kernel, eggs, butter, and sour cream. One of my personal favorite among the other casseroles that I am head over heels. As a mom, of course, I want something easy, quick, healthy, delicious, and cost-efficient. Although, it’s not always the case but if I find a recipe that has all those, I am all in! And this corn casserole is the perfect example. That’s why when I first saw this recipe online, it instantly rolled to my top menu. It is super creamy, fluffy, and mouthwatering. A simple yet the best corn casserole you’ll ever have! It is an awesome side dish, especially on Thanksgiving. The perfect side for a turkey dinner or any meal! My kids love it and it has been the most requested ever since I first made it. This corn casserole is buttery and creamy on the inside with a golden crust. You can sprinkle a good amount of cheese on top although it is optional but highly recommended. Not only that it is a perfect side for any meal but you can have it as is. Well, I always end up eating it as is and it is so good, I can’t stop salivating! Try it. It is to die for!
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn drained
1 stick butter melted
1 cup Sour cream
How to make Perfect Corn Casserole
Step 1: In a casserole, mix the Jiffy cornbread mix, cream corn, drained whole kernel corn, eggs, melted butter, and last is the sour cream.
Step 2: Place the casserole inside the oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Step 3: once done, remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy!
