A very basic and easy recipe that you can try! I assure you that it won’t disappoint you at all. I have known this recipe ever since I was a kid. This was what my grandma use to make every time I go to her house. I can just imagine the good old days! Eating this Zucchini Bread and drinking my favorite apple juice. Good times! Anyway, This recipe makes two loaves so make sure to share with others! Just kidding, I know you will! If you like to add more ingredients to this recipe, feel free to do so. You are more than welcome to give it your take! For example, try adding chocolate chips for extra sweetness and flavor. I have tried it once or twice and it is awesome! Another is raisins, since I love raisins, but this is all optional. The point is, you can add whatever you want as long as the rest of the ingredients are still there. Makes 2 loaves
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups zucchini, grated, raw and unpeeled
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
How to make Zucchini Bread
Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 350 degrees.
Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, add the eggs, oil, and sugar. Beat until well-mixed.
Step 3: Add in the rest of the ingredients and beat continuously until all ingredients are blended.
Step 4: Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Step 5: Place the loaf pans inside the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour or until cooked through.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool to room temperature.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
