Chicken is the easiest and most versatile to cook. I love a good old chicken but honestly, the breasts part is kinda hard to get juicy. I have tried different ways to cook them but I failed most of the time. Then, I found this baked chicken recipe. The chicken breasts are coated with amazing flavor and baked to perfection. It is juicy, freaking delicious, and savory. Chicken is a staple at my house so I always hunt for new recipes to try. I love this recipe because it is pretty straight forward, simple, and the result is incredibly satisfying. I serve this alongside mashed potatoes or with my favorite veggies. This has been my go-to for a healthy, satisfying, and busy weeknight dinner. It is certainly the best-baked chicken you’ll ever have!
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs, finely crushed
1-1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
HOW TO MAKE BEST BAKED CHICKEN
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Make sure to use a large baking dish to fit the chicken in a single layer. Grease the baking dish and set aside.
Step 3: Combine the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, seasoning salt, black pepper, garlic powder or granulated garlic, mustard, and soy sauce in a medium-size bowl. Mix well.
Step 4: Once the mixture is well incorporated, coat the sides and top of the chicken and transfer them into the prepared baking dish.
Step 5: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the chicken is deep golden brown and when chicken is pierced the juice is clear.
Step 6: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and serve with a side of mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
