- 4 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup plain yogurt (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions in oil until soft. Add the ground meat and cook until browned, then stir in spinach and feta. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
