They love me that way. So when I stumbled upon this amazing Pudding Shots, I felt super excited. I have been hearing this drink for quite some time but never have the time to try it. Certainly, this is the bomb! It is a dessert and a liquor shot in one! These chocolatey little shots of pudding are a game changer! Just be careful, the kids might want some, too! A dessert and a liquor? Yes, please! These pudding shots are just wow!
Sm Chocolate Instant Pudding
¾ cup Kahlua
¾ cup Coconut Rum
4oz Cool Whip (Extra Creamy preferred but not required)
How to make Chocolate Bomb Pudding Shots
Step 1: In a bowl, whisk the Kahlua and Instant Pudding for about 1 to 2 minutes until thick.
Step 2: Once thickened, pour in the liquor and whisk again until all the lumps and clumps are gone.
Step 3: Make sure that the mixture is smooth before whisking in the cool whip.
Step 4: Fill a 10oz plastic shot cup with about 3/4 of the mixture. Cover and freeze to set for a couple of hours.
NOTE: Refrigerate overnight for best results and use a tiny ice cream tester when serving.
