Pizza makes the world go round! One of the most popular in all countries all around the globe. Thin or thick crust, all meat, all veggies, there’s even seafood pizza and dessert pizza! People go crazy over pizza, some make their version and put anything they desire. One of my favorites is this easy and quick Crazy Crust Pizza. Economical, homemade, and better than the delivery. If you need a quick pizza fix, this is the best go-to pizza you can make in a blink. With a non-traditional, simple batter that is poured in a greased and floured pan and topped with pepperoni slices, pork sausage, mushrooms, olives, bell pepper, and mozzarella cheese. This is crazy delicious.
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup milk
1 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 pound pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
2-4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
How to make Crazy Crust Pizza
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Ready a 10 x 15-inch rimmed baking sheet. Grease, flour, and set aside.
Step 3: Combine the flour, salt, oregano, garlic powder, pepper, eggs, and milk in a medium bowl. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Step 4: Empty the batter into the prepared pan. Tilt the pan around so the bottom will be coated evenly.
Step 5: Put the cooked meat, pepperoni, and mushrooms on top of the batter. Make sure to save some toppings for later.
Step 6: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 7: After 20 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and drizzle the pizza sauce over. Sprinkle the cheese on top and add the rest of the toppings.
Step 8: Put the pan back in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbling. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
